Happy New Year

It's the first day of 2003, and though I had to work today, the year has started well. I rang it in with my husband and some friends with a dinner at one of our favorite restaurants, then drinks at one of the friend's beach house. Then today, my brother came into town, and we're watching Georgia win the Sugar Bowl. It's not over yet, so I'm sure I just jinxed it.

On top of all that, we're packing for our cruise. We leave tomorrow for a cruise to the Bahamas with Jeff, Mom, Dad, and another couple. Should be lots of fun and hopefully plenty of sun and sand.

My new year's resolutions are to start going to the gym again (after the cruise, of course) and start a recycling program at work because we use and throw away a ridiculous amount of paper. There. It's in black and white. Maybe it will motivate me.
